As the Quality Assurance Officer you will monitor verbal and non-verbal communications, in a multi-channel environment to provide assurance of Lantern Group commitment to providing cus-tomers with the best possible outcomes. Manage client relationships through managing expecta-tions, effective communication and transparency.

• Strong communication and be resilient and flexible
• Proven track record of client relationships
• Strong planning and preparation skills
• Track record of achieving targets and standards through compliant behaviours

Salary: £25,625 + up to 10% annual bonus
