We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team. This part-time, temporary role is perfect for someone with a knack for numbers and a passion for keeping things organised. You'll be handling various accounts-related tasks in a busy office environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage and maintain financial records and documents.
Process transactions such as invoicing and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in budget monitoring and control activities.
Handle queries and provide information on financial matters to colleagues and external contacts.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or account's role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and precision in handling financial data.
Good skills with financial software and MS Office.
Welsh language skills are a plus but not essential.
