Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic experienced nurses with a passion for delivering high-quality care in partnership with patients and their relatives, who can demonstrate an ability to lead others to work within these standards in a secondment role. You will be required to provide training and support to new staff members, guiding individuals that require performance-related assistance.
You must be able to act as a role model providing teaching and leadership support to the nursing team in the clinical area and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to demonstrate high standards of individualised and evidenced based patient centred care and be responsible for supporting changes based upon local and national guidelines.
To provide holistic nursing care to clients within the ITU/HDU, utilising all resources to provide excellence in practice.
To develop personally & professionally as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team and undertake appraisal annually.

Our patients are benefitting from ourWomen’s Health Hubin Ilford; anAgeing Well Centrein Hornchurch; and Community Diagnostic Centres (CDC) atBarking Community Hospitaland atSt George’s Health and Wellbeing Hubin Hornchurch.
These CDCs are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and are providing an extra 88,000 scans a year.
The majority of our 8,000 staff – who come from 146 different countries - live in the three diverse London boroughs we serve and are from black, Asian and minority ethnic groups.
