Job Description:
Career Research Centre Ltd is seeking a skilled Sound Technician/Boom Operator to ensure clear audio quality for a high-quality TV advertisement. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording dialogue and ambient sound, contributing to the overall production quality.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate sound recording equipment during filming.
Ensure high-quality audio recording, including dialogue and ambient sound.
Collaborate with the director and production team to meet audio requirements.
Operate boom microphones and other recording devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve any audio issues during production.
Maintain and manage audio equipment.
Work with the post-production team to ensure audio quality is consistent in the final product.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sound Technician/Boom Operator in TV advertising or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sound recording techniques and equipment.
Ability to capture clear and high-quality audio in various environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work under tight schedules and adapt to changes during production.
