Summary
Thorn Baker are currently working alongside a property developer in Manchester that specialise in taking under used spaces and buildings and giving them a new lease of life, anchored in their communities. They are looking for a Site Manager for a prestigious Manchester based project working on a large listed building. Experience working on heritage/conservation projects with is essential. Your Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project delivery from inception to completion.
• Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure the safety and well-being for all staff and visitors.
• Pro actively check all facilities during works for damage
Required Skills:
• Working on Grade 1 or 2 listed buildings is essential
• Experience in a similar position
