Description:

We welcome applications from all primary trained practitioners. All teachers appointed will be expected to participate a full role in our school. This will include taking part in CPD opportunities, meetings, supporting enrichment activities and events. There will also be an integral part of each position to involve effective skills and the leadership of AOLEs.


About you / You will need:

• To be an excellent classroom practitioner who nurtures and supports all pupils and provide exciting learning experiences.
• To demonstrate initiative and excellent communication skills to work effectively in partnership with parents, staff, governors and the local community
• To have an excellent knowledge and understanding of pedagogy and curriculum.
• To have high expectations of achievement and raising standards for all learners.
• To demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member.
