Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and caring leader to oversee six beds Residential Care Home in London borough of Bromley. You must be an accomplished manager and have extensive experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector with people with a learning disability and understand the management of regulated services.

You will also carry out the demonstrating a person cantered approach, a confident, professional manner and experience of staff and project management. You will have the vision, networking and organisational abilities to deliver excellent outcomes for customers and to implement initiatives which connect service users to their local community and promote our reputation.

Creative Support which provides high-quality, person-centred support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual and promotes their independence and community engagement.
Summary
Essential Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and working with people with a learning disability and mental health needs is essential requirement.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
• You must have minimum 2 years CQC registered manager experience and of managing care sector
• You will be required to register as care home registered manager with the CQC, the role will have an oversight of the residential regulated activity.
• Good leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal of staff
• Managing rotas, time sheets, budgets, and quality audits
• Ensuring staff provide respectful and personalised support to clients
• provide operational leadership for the service throughout mobilisation and ongoing delivery
• Contribute proactively to the development, implementation, maintenance and management of systems, processes, procedures and or standards within the area of responsibility.
• Carrying out assessments and support planning for clients
• Supporting service user involvement in the management and development skills
