Summary
Parts Advisor
Location: Northampton
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic, £34,000 OTE
Hours: 42.5 hours per week rotating hours, week 1: 7:30am - 4:30pm and week 2: 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
I am currently seeking an Parts Advisor to join our client in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run company with a great environment, performance incentives and benefits.

Parts Advisor key responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptly
- Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers
- Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories
- Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
- Regularly updating the parts database
- Providing excellent customer service
Parts Advisor skills required:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the motor trade ideal but not essential
- You must have experience with stock control and stock ordering
- Full driving licence
