Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Accommodation Cleaners to join our dedicated Resort team, maintaining our luxury holiday lodges and glamping tents here at Crealy Meadows Resort. Ensuring our guests have a memorable stay is our top priority, and nothing is more appreciated than clean, well-kept accommodations. Please note that working days for this role and Mondays and Fridays.

You will be required to set the standard for exceptional guest interactions, creating a welcoming "home away from home" experience for our guests.
In this role, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Cleaning bathroom and toilets
• Emptying bins
• Bed making
• Cleaning kitchens
• Cleaning bedrooms
• Vacuuming
• Undertaking general daily gleaning in all areas
• Sharing your park and resort knowledge to answer queries from our guests.

No previous cleaning experience is necessary although this is preferred, as full training and support will be provided, but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

• Comfort working outside in all weather.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Confidence when interacting with the public.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training and assessments.

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance. You must also be flexible to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
