What are we looking for?


As a Senior Information and Support Adviser you will manage and support the day-to-day delivery and team of the Ask Us Service (SENDIASS) .  You will be responsible for contract compliance, meeting Key Performance Indictors and the delivery of high-quality support to parents & carers of children and young people with SEN / Disabilities in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.



As well as holding a small caseload, you will line manage the Ask Us team, ensuring team members are given support through Supervision, Performance Development Reviews, and team meetings so they have regular direction and support to fulfil their roles.



You will seek continual improvement of the service through reviews of delivery models and the use of feedback. You will be an excellent communicator who can successfully network and build relationships with young people and their parents/ carers, team members, SENDIASS regional bodies, Local Authority SEN departments, health and social care professionals, parent and carer forums and other key stakeholders.
