Overview
We are seeking a skilled Panel Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and a strong understanding of panel-making techniques. This role involves working with various materials to fabricate, assemble, and finish wooden structures and components. Duties

Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and join wood materials.
Fabricate wooden fencing and trellis panels
Perform joinery tasks, ensuring precise measurements and alignment.
Assemble components using appropriate techniques to ensure structural integrity.
Conduct masonry work as needed for projects involving wood.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools are stored properly after use.
Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a panel maker or woodworker is preferred.
Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders.
Strong knowledge of hand tools used in woodworking tasks.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Must have a keen eye for detail.
Physical stamina to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
A commitment to safety practices in the workshop environment.
