Summary
What you'll be doing: Managing the tickets in our call-logging application Responding to and resolving queries and issues raised 1st line support for system queries & forwarding complex queries to appropriate team members for resolution To develop, review and maintain knowledge resources, including but not limited to, user guides, videos Identify and document best practices as part of ongoing process to increase efficiencies Support the Finance Team creating/amending Suppliers General administrative tasks as required by the team Facilitate project work, including UAT Testing as and when required Communicating and working with the internal 2nd Line Business Systems team. Running the efficient day-to-day operations and delegating tasks and workload as appropriate Provide support during parallel runs prior to Go-Live What you'll have: Technical Skills: Office 365 applications Healthcare ERP systems SAGE Service Now ITIL Essential Key Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrating excellent customer service and support skills Excellent written and communication skills Sound decision making skills Knowledge and experience of dealing with escalation routes when problems arise Drive effective change management initiatives Make constructive contributions and collaborate with others to achieve common goals We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
