Summary

Role Purpose
Overall responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse department, whilst maintaining the high level of customer service expected from our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receipt, locate and manage inbound duty free and duty paid deliveries in accordance with departmental processes.
  • Pick, pack and load out internal and external orders in accordance with departmental processes.
  • Maintain pick and bulk warehouse locations including, but not limited to, rotation of stock, identification and disposal of damaged/out of date stock and replenishment of pick locations.
  • Ability to utilise MHE including but not limited to Aisle master trucks, counter balance, reach and high-level order picker.
  • Physical assistance with warehouse perpetual inventory checks and scheduled airline and company counts.
  • Physical checks surrounding, but not limited to, daily Health & Safety, racking and load inspections and mechanical handling equipment.
  • To ensure that stock holdings are managed and controlled in accordance with company, CAA and HMRC processes and procedures.
  • To be part of the team, aware of the department duties and responsibilities, assist in meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy and integrity of stock.
  • As part of the team you will need to be aware of and work towards meeting the departmental key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that the warehouse and yard area meet company, customer and legislative requirements regarding performance, standards and Health and Safety.
  • Be prepared to go the extra mile in order to help the customer and display the commitment of the company.
  • To complete any other reasonable task requested by the management.
