As an Assistant Examinations Officer, you will assist in organising student entries to exams, ensure Exam Board rules and regulations are monitored and adhered to, organise access arrangements for students, assist in delivering exam results and monitor and organise the invoices of absent candidates. This is a busy, proactive role within an experienced team.
You must have excellent communication, administration and customer-service skills, with strong time-keeping and problem-solving abilities. You must be aware that you will be working with highly confidential data and make guarding this data and working within data protection legislation a priority.
This role is full time (Monday-Friday) working all year.
