Summary
**Job Title:** Welder Petrochemical and Nuclear Industries
**Location:** Walsall, West Midlands, UK
**Schedule & Work Structure:**

* **Shift:** Day shifts (exact hours to be confirmed)
* **Employment Type:** Temp-to-Perm
* **Pay Rate:**
* £16.50 per hour (initial 12 weeks)
* £18.36 per hour (after 12 weeks)
**Key Responsibilities:**
----------------------------------------------------
* **Welding Tasks:**
* Perform **TIG, Flux Core, MIG, and MIG MAG** welding
* Work on materials **5mm50mm thick** and pipes **up to 48mm diameter**
* Specialize in **stainless steel and nickel alloys**
* **Technical Duties:**
* Read and interpret **engineering drawings and blueprints**
* Conduct **visual inspections** to ensure quality and compliance
* **Collaboration & Reporting:**
* Work with **engineers and fabricators** to meet project deadlines
* Maintain and report on **equipment condition and safety standards**
**Qualifications & Experience:**
----------------------------------------------------
* **Required:**
* Welding experience in **petrochemical or nuclear** industries
* Proficiency in **TIG, Flux Core, MIG, and MIG MAG** welding
* Ability to **read and follow technical documents**
* Strong knowledge of **safety regulations**
* **Preferred:**
* Relevant **welding certifications**
