Summary
A Part-time Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Kingston Upon Thames, London to provide wrap-around care for their two school-aged children. They are looking for someone reliable and flexible who can carry out all childcare duties. The ideal candidate would preferably be a driver, as they will need to take the family's two children to after-school activities however it is not essential. Additional hours may be available for those willing to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Mornings; Tuesday from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, approximately 20.5 hours per week
Duties include:
Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and overall development
Preparing and serving nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks
Collecting children from school and accompanying them to after-school activities
Maintaining clean, organised, and tidy bedrooms and play areas
Engaging children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor excursions such as park visits
Encouraging early literacy through storytelling and reading
Establishing and maintaining structured daily routines for consistency and development
Performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including ironing and cleaning
Warming up and serving pre-prepared meals for the children
They are looking for someone who can start on the 22nd of April 2025 and are happy to meet lovely candidates.
