Are you a qualified Fitness Instructor who loves helping people feel their best? At Aspire Leisure Centre in Stanmore, we’re
looking for friendly, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team on a casual basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Supervising gym users and activities to ensure a safe and welcoming space
* Assisting customers in using fitness equipment safely and effectively
* Delivering a positive, high-quality experience for every visitor
Casual shifts are available to cover holidays and staff absences, with regular hours on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Shifts are
typically 8.5 hours, starting at either 5:30am or 2:00pm.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Level 2 Fitness Instructor
* Level 3 Personal Trainer
* Level 3 Exercise on Referral
* Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
* Basic IT literacy
DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
* Level 3 Exercise and Disability
* Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation
* Experience working with disabled individuals
* Exercise to Music qualification
* First Aid at Work / NPLQ
* CIMSPA registration
