Summary

Staff Coordinator - North Surrey/Berkshire Area
Salary: £27k per annum + Benefits
Location: Chertsey (covering North Surrey and parts of Berkshire)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and on-call duties (shared with other staff members)

Care First Recruitment is partnering with a reputable home care company to find a dynamic and dedicated Staff Coordinator to join their vibrant team. The main office is based in Guildford, and the role will involve covering the North Surrey area and some parts of Berkshire.

As a Staff Coordinator, you will be at the heart of communication between our support workers and service users, playing a key role in maintaining strong relationships. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking quarterly spot checks and supervisions with care staff
  • Conducting initial assessments of prospective new clients
  • Ensuring all care plans, contracts, and other required documentation are completed and signed off before services commence
  • Managing complaints and addressing any concerns raised by staff or service users
  • Supporting the team in ensuring compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
  • Participating in staff recruitment and other administrative duties

    A driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
