Summary
The Administrative Officer reports directly to the Support Manager and will provide general administrative duties to Maritime Reserve Units within the region, which will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Working with a small team, provide general administrative support to Maritime Reserves personnel and colleagues within the region.
Process monthly payroll for Maritime Reserves personnel, producing reports and responding to queries as required.
As an Appraisals Administrator for Maritime Reserves personnel, support the Appraisals Coordinator ensuring the timely completion of performance reports.
Provide Information Management support in accordance with policy.
Provide Information Technology support to colleagues and Maritime Reserves personnel in relation to system access requests and ordering equipment.
