About You
Do you have the experience and resilience of working in a role with Children. Could you help our Children to manage their emotions in a positive way and help to find therapeutic ways to help our Children
We Need You To:
Have a Driving Licence
Complete a Level 4 Health and Social Care In Children and Young People within a 2 year time frame (after completion of your probationary period)
Work a rota pattern (which can change), which reflects the needs of our Children
Show resilience in some emotional situations, and help our Children to become reflective and positive for their future
Enable and support our Children so that they feel loved and part of our homes family (belonging and safe)
Implement policies, procedures and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our Children
