Summary

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Administrator/Receptionist to join a successful company in Luton.

This is an entry-level role, so will ideally suit a graduate or someone who has just left full time education and are looking for their first full time role.

No experience required as full training is given.

Essential Attributes:

• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong people skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Team player
• Willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Good maths/numerical ability
• IT proficient in MS Office

The Role:

• Covering reception, meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering all in-coming calls
• Responding to general queries via email and on the phone
• Manage diaries and booking appointments
• Issuing invoices (training given)
• All general admin tasks as required

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with one hour unpaid lunch (37.5 hour week)

Salary: Up to £23,810 pa _ Benefits to include Pension, Life Assuramce and ongoing training as required
