Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Manager.
As a Manager you will have the opportunity to create safe and supportive environments for children and parents.
Responsibilities:
Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
Create positive relationships with parents, carers and children.
Identify training needs within the team and work with them to develop these.
Carry out supervisions and room observations.
Positively represent the nursery.
Organise outings and extra curriculum activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Maths GCSE
Strong leadership and management skills
2 year experience in a nursery setting essential.
Experience as a manager preferred.
