Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawyer specializing in Property Law (PO3 – 5) to join our esteemed legal team. Your role will also involve engaging with various stakeholders, including real estate developers, property managers, and public agencies, to address property-related matters efficiently. In addition to your problem-solving skills, your keen attention to detail will be crucial when drafting legal documents and conducting legal research. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice on property transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and title transfers.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to property, including contracts, leases, and easements.
Represent clients in property disputes and litigation, including issues related to zoning, land use, and tenant rights.
Conduct thorough legal research to support clients' interests and develop effective legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in property law and relevant regulations to provide informed counsel to clients.
Collaborate with real estate professionals, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Assist clients in due diligence processes related to property acquisitions and dispositions.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
At least 3-5 years of experience in property law, with a proven track record in transactional work.
Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in legal research and writing, with a keen attention to detail.
