Summary
Title: Assembly Operative / Machine Operative Our client based in the Brackmills industrial estate are looking for assembly operatives to join their ever growing team. A skilled and experienced Furniture operative is required to join their well-established manufacturing company in Northampton. They are a leading Family-owned manufacturer of bespoke components for the kitchen and joinery sector with a strong reputation for high quality and reliability.
Shifts and pay rates: Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 17:00 and Fridays 07:30 to 14:30 - £12.35 - £14.86 dependent on expereince Experience required: Time served Joinery or Bench hand: 5 years (min required). Experience within a joinery manufacturing environment Experience with workshop machinery including panel saws, hand routers, moulders and associated hand tools. Benefits: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE Hourly rate as above (not age dependent) Online payslip access Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
