Executive Assistant & Office Manager
We are seeking to appoint a highly capable, proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant and Office Manager to take on a new and exciting role within the school. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions and supporting the School Leadership Team (SLT). This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience working in an office environment to help transform the administrative systems and processes within the school as we embrace new technologies, cloud-based working and try to harness the power of generative AI.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the Deputy Head and wider School Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. We are specifically looking for a candidate who is willing to work in school from 7.30am until 2.45pm each day so that they are able to take responsibility for the day-to-day administrative running of the school including teaching staff absence/cover etc. If you would like to know more about the role, and if you would like to come in and discuss the opportunity further, please contact Anna Dwyer, Deputy Head. Hours: 33.5 - 36 pw / 39 weeks pa
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay Scale: PS8/PS9 (£35,730 to £43,735 FTE) actuals £28,603 to £37,625 prorated salary is based on 33.5 - 36 hours pw / 39 weeks per year.
