Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Support Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping clients succeed. As the Digital Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of digital marketing strategies, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless coordination between our internal teams and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive top-tier support and achieve their business objectives through effective digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital marketing services, offering timely support, guidance, and troubleshooting for their ongoing projects.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
Digital Strategy Consultation: Collaborate with clients to assess their digital presence and provide expert consultancy services, identifying growth opportunities and formulating tailored strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design, marketing, and video production teams to ensure projects are delivered with high-quality standards and meet client goals.
Technical Assistance: Provide support for website design and digital marketing campaigns, including troubleshooting issues, implementing adjustments, and ensuring smooth integration across platforms.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and present performance reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization based on data-driven analysis.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, website design, social media, and Google marketing to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, project management, or a technical support role within a digital agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and Google Ads.
Experience with website design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A creative mindset with an interest in graphic design, video production, and other digital content.
