An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Doctoral Training Hub Administrator to join the College of Science and Engineering.
The Doctoral Training Hub (DT Hub) manages multiple Centres for Doctoral Training (CDT) and other funded cohort postgraduate programmes across the College of Science and Engineering. The DT Hub provides an innovative student and academic focused service providing end-to-end management and administration.
In this role, the successful candidate will have operational responsibility to deliver high quality and effective support for the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in Socially Intelligent Artificial Agents (Social AI). The role includes responsibility for the delivery and enhancement of the overall student recruitment strategy, cohort development, organising innovative training programmes, budget management, reporting to the Director(s) and funding bodies.
The postholder will report to the College of Science and Engineering Deputy Doctoral Training Hub Manager (Line Manager) and will work directly with the Social AI and Directors for specific doctoral training centre requirements.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and has funding available until 31st December 2027 in the first instance.
