Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inclusive Employment Manager to lead the team. Your role will involve:

Leadership & HR: Support and manage Team Leaders and staff, oversee HR processes, and ensure effective workforce planning.
Performance & Quality: Monitor team performance, handle complaints, ensure quality assurance, and share performance data with the DWP.
Compliance & Promotion: Ensure adherence to employment frameworks, promote the service, and collaborate with other programmes.
Community & Strategy: Engage with community resources, develop inclusive employment strategies, and contribute to policy development.
Staff Development: Mentor and coach staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Ideal Candidate:

You should have experience in:

Knowledge, Skills, and Understanding:

Strong confidentiality, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and high-risk management.
Proficiency with computer systems and data analysis.
Ability to manage workloads, handle challenging conversations, and embrace change.
