Summary
Are you great with people, very organised, and passionate about patient care? Our Oncology Service is looking for a motivated friendly and confident individual with experience of working within a very busy and fast-paced patient facing environment to come and join our team.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to join our Oncology team to provide full administrative support.
This is a great opportunity for an excellent administrator to develop and learn within a complex, fast-paced environment. Imperial healthcare Trust is committed to developing its’ staff and is able to provide the right candidate with excellent educational opportunities and professional development.
This post is offered on a full time hours of 37.5 working Monday to Friday- (4 days 8.45am- 8.45am) and (1 day working 10.30am- 6.30pm).
• Main duties is scheduling patients appointment
• Scheduling procedures per clinical request
• Answering unit phone calls
• Dealing with patients enquires and concerns
• Supporting clinical team members
