We are seeking an experienced and qualified Pest Control Technician to join our professional team in London. This role is suited to an individual with at least six months of hands-on experience in pest control who can work independently and efficiently.
We provide a company vehicle, full equipment, uniform, and cover all work-related expenses, including fuel, parking, and congestion charges. Additionally, we offer ongoing training and professional development to ensure you stay ahead in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage pest control treatments and inspections across various client sites.
Diagnose, assess, and implement effective pest control solutions based on industry best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining treatments and prevention methods clearly.
Identify potential areas for proofing and carry out basic pest-proofing work when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Promote additional services when relevant, maximising both client satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements:
Minimum six months of experience as a pest control technician, with proven expertise in handling various pest issues.
BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Pest Management qualification or equivalent (essential).
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve infestations efficiently.
Full UK driving licence (Category B) – clean record with no penalty points.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively without supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to explain treatments clearly to clients.
Basic proofing skills – ability to identify and seal pest entry points.
No criminal record – due to the nature of the role, background checks may be conducted.
Preferred But Not Essential:
More than one year of experience in pest control.
Knowledge of specialist treatments such as bird control, fumigation, or heat treatment.
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
