About the Client
We are partnering with a leading Central Government client who is seeking a DV Cleared Digital Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring experience in ITIL3 and have worked in teams managing Voice and Video Services.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and assess business problems or opportunities to drive impactful solutions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement best practices while advancing the Business Analyst community.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain insights into business operations, focusing on people, processes, data, technology, and organisational structures.
Identify areas for improvement, evaluate feasible options, analyse the impact of proposed changes, and define success metrics.
Skills & Experience Required
Proficient in using innovative tools and methods to deliver business analysis.
Experience authoring key documentation including URDs, SRDs, Solution Specifications, SDPs, Tests & Acceptance Strategies.
Extensive background working within an ITIL3-aligned service environment.
Strong experience developing Technical Refresh documentation and designing complex Service Roadmaps.
Familiarity with managing Strategic Networks and Bearer Services in teams.
Deep understanding of the challenges associated with transitioning between Legacy and New systems, particularly in highly secure environments.
Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
