Vibra Energy Ltd is seeking a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join our team and play a vital role in delivering energy efficiency projects in compliance with PAS 2035 standards. If you have experience in ECO / Help to Heat Grants and a technical background in insulation, heating, electrical works, or renewables, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by helping to improve the energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site retrofit assessments of domestic properties in line with PAS 2035.
Capture accurate building data (insulation, heating systems, ventilation, air tightness).
Produce Energy Performance Reports.
Liaise with residents, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach during assessments.
Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and Installers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
✅ Essential:
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with experience in domestic energy assessments.
Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience in whole-house assessments.
Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings.
Experience working on ECO4, GBIS, SHDF, or other funded retrofit schemes.
Proficient with IT systems for data entry and reporting.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
