Summary

You will help the organisation understand the totality of future demands of change, influencing the design and managing the impact of future changes both from a people and a business point of view.

You will enable and support change within the organisation, advising on the impacts of change, mitigating the risks associated with change and supporting our senior staff with leading groups through change as projects alter culture, ways of working, processes, tools and technology across our organisation.

The team

There are several roles across the organisation supported by a central change team of experts within the Service Transformation directorate. The team is at the forefront of championing effective organisational change, has an oversight of all notable change initiatives and manages a centre of excellence which provides a single, scalable method and set of tools to manage change well and deliver better outcomes.

Experience/skills required

You will be collaborative, resilient, and able to establish your own networks to achieve outcomes.

You will be able to demonstrate good initiative and self-motivation.  Overall, you will be a dedicated team player with a clear record of delivery and will have demonstrated great engagement skills.
