Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Diamond Drilling Operatives to join our expanding team in the South West of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in the specialist field of diamond drilling, working on a variety of exciting projects. Occasional overtime and night shifts will be required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diamond drilling, sawing, and related tasks on various sites
Operate drilling and cutting equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Maintain and perform basic maintenance on drilling equipment
Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction
Be available for occasional overtime and night shifts when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in diamond drilling is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving license
CSCS card (Blue skilled card preferred and Green card minimum)
Willingness to work occasional overtime and night shifts
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate ranging from £13.00 to £18.50 per hour, based on experience
Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
