Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement and Supply Specialist with direct experience working with clients under Bloom Procurement Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supplying products or services to Bloom clients and will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our supply relationships within Bloom Procurement Services. This role involves managing communication, negotiation, and logistics to ensure successful procurement processes. Compensation is commission-based, rewarding successful deals and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with key decision-makers at Bloom Procurement Services.
Facilitate supply transactions between our company and Bloom Procurement Services.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements to maximize profitability.
Ensure effective communication between our team and Bloom Procurement Services.
Provide insights on procurement processes and industry trends across various sectors, including Healthcare, IT, HR, and Education.
Assist in documentation, compliance, and logistics to ensure successful deal execution.
Mentor other staff members, supporting our commitment to being a Disability Confident employer.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, including familiarity with Pro-vide 2.0, eProcurement portals, and the NEPRO3 Framework.
Mandatory prior experience working with or supplying to Bloom Procurement Services clients.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of industries relevant to Bloom Procurement Services, such as Healthcare, IT, HR, and Education.
Ability to work independently and drive successful deals.
Willingness to work on a commission-based compensation model.
