Skills & Experience required:
Good working knowledge of ICT/IT systems including high level of competence with microsoft office to enable efficient production of complex reports, letters, presentations and spreadsheets
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and staff at all levels
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills to include grammar and spelling for letters, report writing, notes, collating statistical information and general communication
What's involved with this role: Assist the administration team by managing filing and key storage, handling taxi appointments, and supporting Workshop Reception. The role is split between the Fleet Office and Workshop Reception, ensuring smooth operations in both areas.
Key duties:
Support the administration team with general office tasks as needed.
Provide assistance at the Fleet Office, supporting daily operations.
Help with Workshop Reception duties, including customer interactions and logistical support.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Fleet Office and Workshop Reception.
Maintain organization and ensure that office resources are accessible and properly stored.
