Are a nationwide housing and property company.They are one of the UK's leading non-profit housing associations with strongportfolios and pipelines of ambitious projects. They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join immediately on a temporary contract.
Your new role
As the Assistant Accountant, you will be responsiblefor assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting,forecasting, and providing financial analysis to support strategicdecision-making. You will work closely with senior accountants to ensurefinancial practices are in line with regulatory standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have;
- Previous experience working in managementaccounts
- Previous experienceworking in the public or not for profit sectors
- A high level of proficiency in using Microsoft Exceland other financial software (Oracle desirable)
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An ability to communicate effectively with variousstakeholders, both verbally and in writing
