Summary
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive pensions service to employees and Senior Managers at ELFS Client Trust Organisations. Operating in line with Client Organisation Standing Financial Instructions, NHS Pensions Regulations, Agenda for Change and Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions of Service, the post holder will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver the contract. You will have specialised knowledge of NHS Pensions, Payroll and Statutory Legislation and be responsible for providing advice to Client managers and their employees on all aspects of the Pension Scheme ensuring all requests are completed in line with NHS Pensions and Service Level Agreement timelines. Working in conjunction with the Pensions Manager/Assistant Pension Manager to coordinate and plan work activities for the wider team whilst working to specified timetables. You will use initiative to resolve complex issues, escalating where necessary, to ensure all requests are handled efficiently and effectively and that the Trust Client Organisations are compliant with Scheme Regulations whilst maintaining integrity at all times.
