As the Regional Support Nursery Manager, you will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality childcare services across a designated region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the service meets and exceeds regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
- Proven experience in regulatory inspection and the childcare sector.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving or exceeding KPI targets.
- Strong background in safeguarding and health and safety management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for developing others.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with an ability to think critically in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead on safeguarding and health and safety matters, ensuring all staff are trained and compliant with the latest regulations.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and work proactively to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Support the development and delivery of training and professional development initiatives for staff.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring the service maintains compliance at all times.
- Provide ongoing support to managers and teams, offering guidance in the day-to-day operations of the service.
