Your new role
You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. Partnering with business partners, you will deliver actionable insights and influence business decisions. Your responsibilities will include supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to achieve business objectives, conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive profitability, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Additionally, you will translate complex financial data into clear, impactful recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. You will need to be commercially minded, with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and challenge at all levels. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on driving business performance. You will ideally have some exposure to commercial finance and have a strong technical skill set, with demonstrable examples of processes you have improved and changes you have implemented.
