As a Care Package Line Item Officer, your primary duty is to ensure the accurate and robust recording of care packages for customers in their homes or residential settings through our customised database.

As a member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with other service providers to ensure that all necessary information is carefully collected, and any required adjustments are promptly implemented. This precision guarantees that care packages are not only accurate but also efficiently closed when necessary.

Prompt administration is vital to maintain the highest standards of customer service and support for our business. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills, are eager to learn and excel in innovative problem-solving. An understanding of, or the ability to gain experience in, relevant processes and policies is also a valuable asset.
