Quokka Education are looking for a confident and adaptable Graduate to take on a role as a Learning Coach in Fareham. This is for a mainstream secondary school, starting in either April or September 2025.
No experience? No problem! At Quokka Education, we provide full support, free online courses, and taster days to help you step into the classroom with confidence and enthusiasm.
This isn't a typical in-class support role, and everyday will be different. As a Graduate Learning Coach, you'll have the opportunity to deliver personalised coaching to students which is tailored to their specific needs, providing the best support both academically and socially.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 coaching sessions and daily check-ins to track progress and offer guidance.
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring that pupils understands the aims, tasks, and outcomes of a lesson.
- Building positive working relationships with students, offering emotional and academic support, and acting as a positive role model.
- Delivering 1:1 interventions to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

- Minimum rate of pay - £95 per day via PAYE.
- Hours - 8.30 am to 3.15 pm, term time only.
