Role
We are seeking an Assistant Principal to lead as our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic oversight of SEND provision across the academy.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support and high-quality teaching for pupils with SEND.
- Maintain comprehensive records of pupils with SEND, utilising qualitative and quantitative data to inform practice and processes.
- Ensure the academy's adherence to SEND statutory regulations.

- Experience in senior leadership or a strong desire to step into such a role.
- A passion for enhancing the educational experiences of students with SEND.
- Excellent organisational skills and accountability for SEND records.
