We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area. A calm and collected individual who can deal with high volume bartending in one of the busiest bars in the city.
We offer competitive pay and tips (per shift) which are in keeping with similar venues in an affluent part of town.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is clean.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for processing payments.
Requirements
Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
