Summary
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to work in a data driven role to provide early mental health and wellbeing support to children and young people. You will have experience in holding a caseload of children and young people and you will be able to review the progress of holistic care plans to ensure young peoples needs are being met at the earliest opportunity. You will bring strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships, foster collaboration and communicate empathically with families. You will bring knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and have a tenacious approach to cross sector working, ensuring a holistic approach is taken to address education, health and social needs. You will be able to demonstrate active listening and curiosity skills and value preventative strategies in supporting mental health and wellbeing. In addition, you will bring a flexible approach, committed to delivering the programme as effectively as possible, being accepting of change and seeking insight, learning and growth through the process. A willingness to undertake training and qualifications relevant to the role is also important.
