We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of our underfloor heating solutions, expanding our presence within the industry.

Focused on driving revenue, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and strategically manage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

By managing key accounts, you will encourage repeat business, develop tailored client solutions, and provide sales forecasts to support strategic growth.

Additionally, you will:

- Assist with bid writing, tender management and submissions and lead generation activities
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Represent us at industry events

About You

To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in developing new business opportunities and client relationships
- A track record of meeting revenue targets in a sales environment
- Bid writing and tender management experience
- Market analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth
- A full, valid driving licence and the willingness to travel nationwide regularly
