Summary

Gedling Borough Council is seeking an experienced, dedicated and skilled ICT Technical Officer to become part of our dynamic ICT team. If you have a passion for technology and a proven track record with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune and networking infrastructure we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the Council's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in a 2nd or 3rd line role with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and VMWare.
• Provide technical expertise and support for successful project delivery.
