Summary
A summary of main responsibilities can be seen here, please see attached job description for further details Specifically linked to Inclusion, this will involve frequent liaison with neighbouring Trusts, managers and union representatives Work closely with key internal stakeholders including staff networks, task and finish groups and communication teams to enlist and sustain support to promote staff wellbeing, inclusion and engagement projects Manage and monitor budgets Produce ad hoc and monthly reports for stakeholders Ensure reports undertaken through this role contribute to the Trusts compliance with Public Sector Equality Duty Create and maintain an active EDI/Wellbeing annual calendar of activity Support in the evaluation of Wellbeing and Inclusion activity and events
