Salary: £26,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Ferndown
Care First is partnering with a well-established, family-run business, a reputable community care provider covering Ferndown, Ringwood, and Verwood, as they expand their services. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and passionate Care Coordinator to join their vibrant and supportive team.
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of operations, while providing exceptional care and support to both clients and team members. This is mostly an office-based role.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Rostering: Ensuring there is enough capacity to provide continuity of care to all clients.
Communication: Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff members to ensure all needs are met.
Team Performance: Monitoring and guiding the performance of team members, offering support and guidance when necessary.
Inductions: Participating in the induction process for new starters, ensuring they are well-prepared and integrated into the team.
Business Growth: Supporting the business in its growth and development by implementing best practices aligned with CQC policies and procedures.
What We Need from You:
A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
