Summary
Other Responsibilities within PCNs Awareness of and compliance with all relevant policies and protocols. A commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice. Contributing to evaluation/audit and clinical standard setting within the organisation. Contributing to appropriate and accurate Read-Coding of patient data, including use of templates as required. Attending training and events organised by the SPCNS or other agencies, where appropriate.
